An INEC staff said,ÔÇØThe documents were forged, they did not emanate from us. INEC has a unique of certifying true copies. Before you get a certified true copy, you must apply and pay for it. The officer must certify the documents with his full names, not initials. But in this case, even the names of the officials who certified the fake documents are not on the INEC staff list. The nominal roll of Abia INEC was brought to the police and they confirmed that the names are fake. The stamp does not belong to INEC.ÔÇØ
