Napoli have reduced the asking price from Ôé¼120 million to Ôé¼75 million, and Turkish transfer journalist Arda Ozkurt has revealed that Arsenal and Manchester United have made formal approaches.
Other clubs following Osimhen's situation include Barcelona, Liverpool, and PSG in what is expected to be one of the biggest moves of the summer.
"Victor Osimhen did not say anything about whether he will stay at Galatasaray or not. He is currently focused on the championship and will make his decision accordingly," Ozkurt reports.

Meanwhile, Chelsea are also reportedly interested in Osimhen, but could look to Ipswich's Liam Delap as a cheaper and younger alternative.
Delap, 22, has scored 12 goals for the relegation-battling side, sparking interest in his services from the Premier League's top clubs.
