2027: ADC Only Hope to Rescue Nigeria from Corrupt APC - Kenneth Okonkwo

Nigerian politician and African Democratic Congress (ADC) member Dr Kenneth Okonkwo has said the party offers Nigeria its only realistic path to national rescue.

Speaking in an interview, Okonkwo stated that the ADC's core mission is centered on the welfare of Nigerians and the overall well-being of the nation.

He aimed at the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), describing it as incompetent and corrupt, while also questioning the political approach of former presidential candidate Peter Obi.

Okonkwo said individuals joining the ADC do so after carefully examining the party's constitution and becoming convinced of the quality and commitment of its leadership to the party's vision.

"The whole reason for ADC is for the welfare of our people and the welfare of our nation,ÔÇØ he said.

"As Nigeria stands today, this is the only option to rescue the country from the hands of an incompetent and corrupt APC.ÔÇØ

He further commented on the Labour Party and Peter Obi's push for a "New Nigeria,ÔÇØ arguing that the ADC remains a more credible platform for achieving genuine national reform.

According to Okonkwo, an honest assessment of Nigeria's current political landscape offers little hope for citizens under the leadership of existing political parties.
