It was a celebration of love, faith, gratitude, and divine fulfillment as Chief Emma Egwu, fondly known as Ebekuo Esere, and his wife, Lolo Emma Egwu marked their 22nd Wedding Anniversary with a solemn rededication thanksgiving service and the official opening of their newly completed mansion in Abia State.

The milestone event, rich in emotions and thanksgiving, reflected not just the strength of a marriage that has endured for over two decades, but also the grace of God that has guided the Esere family through life's tough seasons.

The anniversary celebration began with a thanksgiving service at Mater Dei Catholic Church, Umuahia, where the couple, surrounded by family, friends, and well-wishers, returned all glory to God for sustaining their union in love, peace, and unity for 22 remarkable years.

From the altar of thanksgiving, the celebration moved to Ekenobizi, Umuopara, Umuahia South Local Government Area, where the couple officially opened their newly built mansion-a symbol of God's faithfulness, hard work, and purposeful living.

The event attracted an array of prominent political leaders, respected statesmen, business leaders, and community icons, who came out in honour of the couple. Among the dignitaries present were the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu; former Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Chinedum Orji; Hon. Emeka Tommy Jacob-Obioma; Dr. Aham Uko; Sir Pedro Irokansi; former Secretary to the State Government of Abia State, Barr. Chris Ezem; Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anayso (Ofuji), alongside numerous other notable personalities.

The spiritual atmosphere of the celebration was further elevated by a powerful ministration from renowned gospel music minister, Chinyere Udoma, whose soul-lifting worship drew many to moments of reflection, praise, and thanksgiving.
