5 Months After Flight Cancellation, Dana Airlines Fails to Refund Customer's N72,000
On December 27, 2023, Dana Airlines emailed Godswill Sunday, a Lagos-based man, to inform him that his Abuja-Lagos flight had been cancelled. It has been five months since then, but the airline has failed to provide the Lagos resident a refund.
Sunday told FIJ that he received an email notifying him that the flight had been cancelled a few hours before takeoff and that he had to book another flight to meet up with his appointment.
