Abia Businessman and politician Chief Inem Nwaka (Enyioha), has felicitated with Dr. Alex Otti, as he locks 57, today, February 18, 2022.
Nwaka who doubles as the Alumni Chairman, Enuda High School Abiriba in Abia state, described Otti, a chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC), as a good natured personality, who has impacted positively on others.
Nwaka in his message wrote;
