5G Deployment- NCC's State Of Preparedness Is High - Danbatta (VIDEO)

The Executive Vice Chairman (EVC) of the Nigerian Communications Commission, (NCC) has expressed the Commission's readiness for 5G deployment in the country.

Listing steps the Commission has taken to ensure the deployment of the Fifth Generation (5G) network, Danbatta noted that the 5G Policy is a major instrument for the deployment of the 5G service in the country which fortunately, the Federal Government approved months ago.

"We have a policy according to which we can grant licenses; the spectrum they need that will in turn facilitate the deployment of 5G network in this country" Danbatta said.
