ABA NORTH/SOUTH: HON. PRESTIGE DEFEATS UZO AZUBUIKE, MASCOT KALU AGAIN

The Appeal Court sitting in Owerri has dismissed the appeal filed by Hon. Uzo Azubuike (PDP) and Mascot Kalu (APC) challenging the ruling of the Election Petition Tribunal in Umuahia, which upheld the election of Hon. Ossy Prestige as the Member Representing Aba North and South Federal Constituency.
