"A months old cute baby boy was abandoned in Osubi community Okpe local Government area of Delta state. An aged woman saw the baby and raised alarm. Thanks to the DPO Orerokpe Division CSP Paul Oboware for his swift response to rescue the baby. The baby is with the police and will be handed over to the Delta state welfare for care. It's worrisome what could have lead to this scenario where one will abandon a child not thinking about the safety and the welfare of the child. He's such a cute boy," he wrote.
