ABIA 2023: APGA To Flag-Off Campaign, December 22 | READ MORE DETAILS
The All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA), in Abia State will formally flag off its campaigns for the 2023 general elections on December 22, 2022.

According to a press release by the Director General of APGA Governorship Campaign Council in the state, Dr Longman Nwachukwu, the campaign flag-off will hold at the Event Centre at Isi Gate Umuahia by 11:00am.

Highlight of the event will be formal presentation of flags to the governorship candidate of APGA, Professor Gregory Ibe, and other candidates for the National and State House of Assembly seats.

Nwachukwu restated the commitment of APGA to the birth of a new Abia, and urged the people to sustain their unflinching support for the party and its candidates in the forthcoming polls.

He stated also that time has come for all progressive Abians to unite behind APGA to free the state from the hands of undemocratic forces holding her down.

The campaign DG promised that under the watch of his principal, Professor Greg Ibe, "the current unpalatable narrative of Abia will definitely change for the better."

"The emergence of Professor Greg Ibe as Abia Governor will mark the end of bad governance and the beginning of new dawn in Abia", he said.
