Abia: Angry Mobs Set Ablaze Tricycle Used In Robbing A Lady In Aba

Some angry mobs on Tuesday evening, August 31 set a tricycle (Keke) ablaze, after it was used in robbing a young lady in Aba the commercial city of Abia State.

According o eyewitnesses, the three robbers with a Keke napep, robbed a girl walking along the road around Azuka junction.

As they tried to escape, the girl raised an alarm which attracted people's attention. Unfortunately, the keke napep refused to start as other two robbers fled the scene leaving the driver behind.

The driver was said to have also fled after he saw angry mobs approaching him.

The mobs thereafter set the new tricycle which is believed to be on a hired purchase, ablaze.
