(ABIA): APGA Senatorial Candidate, Ahamdi Nweke Slams ABSAA With N250m Law Suit |READ FULL

Barr. Chief Ahamdi Nweke (Udo Abia), APGA Senatorial Candidate for Abia Central, has filed a court case against the Abia State Signage & Advertisement Agency, ABSAA for removing his billboard flexes at Isi-Court and Mission Hill in Umuahia South and Umuahia North respectively.

Chief Ahamdi Nweke informed the Osisioma High Court which is within his Senatorial Constituency, that the Abia State Government agency acted unlawfully in removing his billboard flexes and that the fees charged by ABSAA is unlawful and illegal.

In the substantive matter the APGA Senatorial Candidate is Claiming Two Hundred and Fifty Million Naira (N250,000,000) from ABSAA for the infraction.

The matter was adjourned to late October. In the meantime the Court made an order restraining the Abia State Government Agency, her agents, assigns, privies, etc. from tampering with Chief Ahamdi Nweke's billboards anywhere in the State.
