Abia Chief Liaison Officer, Hon. Iheanyi Chinasa, Represents Governor Otti at Professor Sulaiman's 60th Birthday in Abuja

The Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, has described Professor Abubakar O. Sulaiman, Director General of the National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS), as a "beacon of intellectual excellence and a pillar of democratic growth in Nigeria.ÔÇØ

Governor Otti made this known through his Chief Liaison Officer, Hon. Iheanyi Frank Chinasa, who represented him on Thursday, October 16, at the 60th Birthday Celebration and Public Presentation of Publications in honour of Professor Sulaiman, held at the prestigious Transcorp Hilton, Abuja.
