The remains of Late Chief Victor Okechukwu Nweke Johnson (Eze Ndigbo na South Africa), was on Saturday, January 22, 2022 laid to rest in his country home in Umuasua, Isuikwuato Local Government Area of Abia State.

Late Johnson who died at the age of 54, was the brother to business mogul and philanthropist Sir Lucky Udoka Nweke Johnson, the founder, Lucky Johnson Cares Foundation.

He was buried by Saint Charles Methodist Church Umuasua, Isuikwuato.

Giving words of admonition, the officiating minister described late Chief Victor Okechukwu Nweke Johnson as a dedicated man to the services of God when he was alive. He prayed that God will console the family and be with them in their time of mourning.

Speaking to ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER, brother to the deceased, Sir Lucky Udoka Nweke Johnson described his late brother as a very good man who was loved. He regretted that he had to leave the earth when he did.

Sir Johnson prayed that God will give he and the rest of the family, especially his wife the fortitude to bear the loss.

Some of late Johnson's friends and club members (Dynamic friends club), who came from South Africa to honour the deceased, described him as a dedicated and a generous man who impacted on the lives of many people when he was alive.
Martins C Ikechukwu described the deceased as a nice gentleman who will be missed. He urged the family to take heart as God decided to call him back through a journey that is inevitable for every man.
Prince Onuigbo described late Johnson as a good man to be with. He regretted that he died at a very young age but expressed believe that God will be with his family whom he left behind.

"Victor Johnson is our club member and he is our dear friend. Its unfortunate that we are having his burial today but may his soul rest in peace. He is a colleague, honest and religious businessman. We can't blame God- we ask the family to accept our condolences as it is the wish of God.

Chief honourable Chukwudi Nwaobodo (overall chairman) said;
"Johnson has been a very good person. Calm in nature, very humble and so dedicated to the club. We are so much proud of him and will miss him so much. It is only God who will console the family because they have lost a very great man in the family. They should take heart and be strong because the God who brought Johnson has taken him.ÔÇØ
