ABIA: Ecobank Sales ABIA MALL to Kalahari | SEE DETAILS

Abia Mall which occupies about 24,000Sqm multi-floor commercial building with over 68 shop/office spaces which was started during the tenure of H.E Senator T.A Orji and opened for use by H.E Okezie Victor Ikpeazu on November 24, 2016 has been sold off to Kalahari Retails & Distribution Company Limited.

In a memo originating from Ecobank Nigeria Limited and cited by ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER tilted Re: Notice of Sale and Change of Management of Abia Mall, it stated that the Bank has handed over management and ownership of Abia Mall to Kalahari Retails & Distribution Company Limited. MEMO ATTACHED BELOW.

In the said memo, the Bank acting as the former legal mortgagee, advised occupants and others who have dealings in the mall to henceforth deal with Kalahari.
