Abia Ex-Minority Whip Felicitates Deputy Speaker on PhD Attainment

The Special Assistant to the Deputy Speaker on State Legislative Affairs, Hon. Dr. Mike Ukoha has congratulated the Deputy Speaker Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu, CFR, for successfully attaining the prestigious award of a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the field of Policy and Strategic Studies by the University of Abuja, FCT.

In a special message, Hon. Ukoha, who was a one-time Minority Whip in the Abia State House of Assembly, lauded the huge impact of the Deputy Speaker, adding that his commitment to academic excellence remains something to be emulated.

Hon. Ukoha was quoted as saying, "You have shown your huge impact towards academic excellence and your PhD attainment in the field of Policy and Strategic Studies has shown your level of commitment towards a better pursuit".

The former Minority Whip praised the Deputy Speaker for his leadership qualities and his total commitment towards the betterment of his immediate constituents and Nigeria in general.

He prayed God to continue to guide and protect Rt. Hon. Kalu, with wisdom so as to go on in his impactful leadership and representational responsibilities to the country.
