As Governor Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, marks two years in office, commendations continue to pour in from across Abia State, with the Hon. Commissioner for Trade and Commerce, Mr. Kingsley Chibueze Nwokocha, joining in to celebrate what he described as "two impactful years of people-driven governance and economic transformation."

In a congratulatory message personally signed by him, Mr. Nwokocha praised Governor Otti for redefining leadership in Abia through a clear dedication to transparency, innovation, and inclusive policies that have revitalized the state's commercial sector.

"As Commissioner for Trade and Commerce," Nwokocha stated, "I have had the unique opportunity to witness firsthand the transformative impact of Governor Otti's policies on traders, market structures, and the overall business environment in Abia."

According to him, the past two years have been marked by remarkable progress in trade infrastructure, investor confidence, and support for small and medium enterprises (SMEs)-factors that are now attracting positive attention to Abia's commerce sector from within and outside the state.

The Commissioner further expressed pride in serving under an administration that listens to the people and works tirelessly to create an enabling environment for businesses to thrive.

"Governor Otti's leadership continues to inspire us across all ministries and agencies. I reaffirm my full support for your administration's vision as we keep moving Ndi Abia forward together," he added.

Nwokocha concluded by praying for divine wisdom and strength for Governor Otti to continue building a prosperous Abia where all citizens, especially traders and entrepreneurs, can thrive.

Governor Alex Otti officially took office in May 2023 following a landslide victory in the general elections. His administration has since prioritized governance reforms, infrastructure development, and economic revitalization, earning commendations across various sectors.
