ABIA: NGO "Ebenezar Initiatives" To Conduct Free Medical Treatment For The Elderly in Umuahia North |SEE DETAILS

The Ebenezar Initiatives, a Non-governmental organization situated in Abia state, an NGO known for promoting the total wellbeing of individuals especially the aged, through organizing strategic programs that borders around providing help to people in NEED, will be holding a one-day program.

The program which is a medical outreach tagged "Reach out to the elderly" is scheduled to take place on 17th October 2020 at Umuchieze Hamlet in Ihie Ndume Ibeku, Umuahia north local government area of Abia state. The programme which is strategically aimed at the elderly and senior citizens of the community will see a host of medical assistance delivered.

In a communique released by the convener of the program Mr Okafor Ebenezar, it stated that The Ebenezar initiatives will be employing the services of highly qualified medical practitioners to carry out varying degree of medical examination, administering of drugs and offering medical advice and recommendations.

The event which is designed to include health care lectures will be graced by keynote speakers with well outlined important health topics.

The convener reiterated that the program is in commemoration of one of the organization's coordinator' birthday and enjoined participants to look forward to the outreach as gift items will be distributed.
