ABIA SDP LGA CHAIRMEN ARM-TWIST GUBER CANDIDATE, HOLDS ENDORSEMENT RALLY FOR GOV. IKPEAZU

Even though the Abia State SDP Gubernatorial candidate, Honorable Blessing Nwagba have refused to step down for Governor Okezie Ikpeazu, SDP LGA Chairmen and their supporters have thrown their weight behind Ikpeazu and are still demanding that Nwagba should step down for the governor.

The LGA Chairmen who held an endorsement press conference yesterday, were greeted by a counter press conference by SDP State Chairman Honorable Chidi Nwosu distancing the State Leadership of the party from the endorsement of Gov. Ikpeazu.
In a more dramatic way today, the said LGA Chairmen lead their supporters on a solidarity rally to the governor at the Abia State government house in Umuahia, Abia State.

In that rally, the spokesperson insisted that they all have endorsed Governor Okezie Ikpeazu for second term and that they will pull all the LGA structures of the party to work for the governor during the gubernatorial election on 9th March 2019.
