2023: Abia Speaker Visits Kelechi Onuzuruike, Describes Ohuhu As Land Of Great People

The Speaker while speaking during a visit to Onuzuruike at his residence on Thursday, described the latter as a humble, passionate leader of his people and a cerebral member of the Abia State House of Assembly who has contributed to the richness of the House's legislative output.

Responding, Honourable Kelechi Onuzuruike who is the Deputy Chief Whip of the Abia State House of Assembly, thanked the Speaker for doing him the honour of the visit before moving on to his other campaign programmes in the locality. He described him as an exemplary leader worthy of all the accolades he has been receiving from all and sundry.

While addressing the crowd that gathered at the residence, Right Honourable Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji restated that Onuzuruike has been representing the people well, and advised the incoming member from Ohuhu land to be courageous and outspoken and give the people effective representation just like Onuzuruike.

He further described the land and people of Ohuhu as a land that has produced great men and women including highly regarded professionals, political leaders.

The Speaker assured the people that whatever project he attracts to Umuahia will also be attracted to Ohuhu and Ikwuano. He admonished them not to allow those with clannish agenda to divide them along primordial lines.
