Honorable Ginger Onwusibe, the member representing Isiala Ngwa North State constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly and also the Labour Party candidate for Isialangwa North and South Federal constituency, on Friday said, that Abia State is criminally governed and needs a change.

Onwusibe who was speaking on Rapid Fm Umuahia, monitored by ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER, said although he was part of the system before he defected to Labour Party, he has always been vocal against the anomalies in the state adding that he distinguished himself from others when he was in PDP.

The lawmaker described Dr Alex Otti, the governorship candidate of the Labour Party in Abia State, as the only man who can change the system of governance in the state if he becomes governor.
