ABIA STATE NURTW BOSS, PROMISES TO COOPERATE WITH GOVT TO IMPROVE TRANSPORT SYSTEM

The newly elected Chairman of National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) Abia State Chapter, Comrade Eugene Ezechiobu has hinted that his leadership will end touting and cooperate with the government for a better working relationship.

Comrade Ezechiobu who gave down the hint while interacting with with journalist who paid him courtesy visit, further stated that he is willing to see ways by which touting could be brought to an end in the Transpport business.
When asked about his plans towards ensuring that some of the vices associated with Transport business is nip in the bud, he explained that apart from tackling touting, he will check multiple taxations and other related issues.

Comrade Ezechiobu stressed that Transport business is a recognized one both at the Federal and State levels, noting that his team will work with the government to improve the transport business and governance in Abia State.
