ABIA: Ten-sion Increases In Obingwa LGA, As Nwoke Obtains Impeachment Restraining Order |READ FULL, SEE DOC

Recall that Nwoke had raised alarm in a press release few days ago about the plan to impeach him from office as published by ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER. In the press release, he alleged that former Abia State Deputy Governor. H.E Acho Nwakamma was behind the plot aimed at forging signatures of Councilors in a bid to remove him from office.

ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER had also revealed that this political tension is connected to the defection of the LGA boss from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to Young Progressive Party (YPP). Based on information, we gathered that some people feel that the action of Nwoke Ibe Michael is an affront to Governor Okezie Ikpeazu who coincidently equally hails from Obingwa LGA.

In a bid to secure his position, the LGA boss has obtained an order from the court of His Lordship Hon. Justice C. H Ahuchaogu J of Abia State High Court - Ukwa judicial division restraining Obingwa LGA Councilors from impeaching him.

In the order which was given today 30th June 2022, the court issued a perpetual restraining order stopping the impeachment of the Chairman. READ FULL BELOW:
