Super Eagles forward Ademola Lookman could be on his way to the English Premier League after his failed move to Inter Milan.

Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur are desperate to sign a winger before the transfer window closes in three days, and have reportedly identified Atalanta's Ademola Lookman as their ideal candidate.

Tottenham are eager to do more business before the deadline, and after seeing a deal for Eberechi Eze hijacked by Arsenal, and the difficulties involved in signing their top target Savinho from Manchester City, Lookman appears to be the perfect alternative.
Ademola Lookman to Tottenham?
The Nigerian has been desperate to leave Atalanta all summer, attempting to force his way out by submitting a transfer request, accusing the club of broken promises.

According to transfer expert Ben Jacobs, Lookman has now been prioritised by Spurs boss Thomas Frank, alongside Chelsea target Xavi Simons.

Spurs are aiming to compete strongly in all four competitions this season, and the injuries to James Maddison and Dejan Kulusevski have left the club light in attacking areas.

Lookman will be an excellent addition, not just for his ability, but also for his versatility, as he can play across the front line, offering Frank several solutions.
The 28-year-old scored 20 goals in 41 appearances for Atalanta last season, and could cost around 50 million euros.
