The immediate past Chief of Staff to Governor Okezie Ikpeazu and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Isiala Ngwa North/South federal constituency in the just concluded national assembly election, Prof. ACB Agbazuere has threatened to drag the Department of State Services - DSS and any other security agencies to court if Mr. Tony Otuonye is not released.

Recall that ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER, had reported about the arrest of Otuonye over a viral video where he threatened to kill and use Abia electorates for sacrifice who refuse to vote his preferred candidate of the PDP Chief Okey Ahiwe as governor.
But in this video attached below, Agbazuere posited that Otuonye has not committed any offence by threatening an action which he did not execute. He revealed that a case of such happened sometime ago, where someone threatened Governor Okezie Ikpeazu and the Speaker of the Abia State House Assembly intervened.
