His Real Madrid future remains unclear
According to AS, Rodrygo faces a 'very difficult' prospect of working together with Alonso, who will reportedly prioritise continuing Guler's steady development next season.
The 'superstar' Brazilian forward's uncertain situation at the Santiago Bernabeu has seemingly put several English clubs on alert, with both Arsenal and Manchester United mentioned among the £85m-rated attacker's potential suitors.
Rodrygo, praised as 'one of the best wingers in the world', has gone three months without scoring or assisting a goal in La Liga, with his last contribution coming on January 25 in the 3-0 win over Real Valladolid.
