B00M: How Bianca Ojukwu Repeated History In Anambra - Reno Omokri
Reno Omokri, a Human Rights Activist has disagreed with sayings that Bianca Ojukwu made history by slapping the former First Lady of Anambra state.

Recall that during the Thursday inauguration ceremony of Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, an altercation ensued when Mrs. Ebelechukwu Obiano received a slap from Bianca.

Reacting, Omokri stated that Bianca repeated the same act her late husband did in 1995.

He wrote;

Nigerians have a short memory. Many people have forgotten that the warlord himself, Chief Emeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, did what his wife did in 1995. He was speaking during a plenary session of the Abacha Constitutional Conference, when Umaru Dikko publicly made some disparaging remarks about him.

Ikemba held his peace, and waited until Dikko got up. Dim trailed Dikko to the toilet and slapped him! The matter was reported to General Sani Abacha, who refused to intervene. Who remembers this? From that day one, Umaru Dikko was sober and respectful at the Constitutional Conference.

Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu did not make history yesterday with the farewell slap giving to Ebelechukwu Obiano, as the media are reporting. She only repeated the history made by her very illustrious and distinguished husband, though I in no way endorse violence.
