B00M: How Tenant Allegedly Killed His Landlord In Ibadan | READ IN FULL
A tenant who is a commercial motorcycle operator (Okada rider), has allegedly stabbed his landlord to death at Agbon, Iyana Church area of Ibadan, Oyo state.

The tenant who has now fled, had an argument with the landlord, Asiru Adebayo, on Tuesday over the conversion and use of the frontage of the victim's house by commercial motorcyclists for their business.

Reports says the deceased was sweeping his compound at about 6:00a.m. when he sighted the suspect and his colleagues with their motorcycles parked in front of his house.

An argument was said to have ensued after the suspect accused the landlord of sweeping the dirt on him and his colleagues.

They were said to have engaged in a heated argument before the suspect allegedly stabbed the landlord to death.

The suspect fled the scene immediately to avoid angry mob attacking him.

Reacting to the incident, Baale of the Agbo Community, Chief Lamidi Salawu, blamed Okada riders for always trespassing on the late Adebayo's property.
