Transfer News: Barcelona to pay 54.4b for Super Eagles AFCON 2023 top scorer
Barcelona are ready to pay the top dollar as they make plans to bolster their attack ahead of next season.
LaLiga champions Barcelona have identified Super Eagles attacker Ademola Lookman as the ideal player to solve their attacking issues.
Barcelona all-in for Ademola Lookman
The Catalan giants are reportedly on the lookout for a left-winger, a position Lookman plays frequently at Atalanta and with the Super Eagles.

However, according to multiple reports, Barcelona manager Hansi Flick prefers Lookman as his not too pricey and also fits the profile of the player they are looking for on the left wing.
The Blaugrana believe they can sign Lookman for a fee in the region of Ôé¼30M, which will be a decent price compared to what they will pay for either Williams or Diaz.

It, however, remains to be seen if Atalanta will be willing to part ways with one of their most prized assets. Lookman's contract with Atalanta runs until 2027, but the Nigerian international is expected to leave this summer if a suitable offer arrives.

It is now left for La Dea to decide if Ôé¼30M is good enough, should Barcelona come with that offer for their Nigerian star.
Lookman can add bite to Barcelona's attack
Barcelona already boast of a potent attack, but Lookman's potential arrival will add more bite, especially on the left flank.
