Be Calm, Absolute Peace Shall Return to Abia APC- Otti Urges Members
A renowned economist and Chieftain of the APC in Abia state, Dr. Alex Otti OFR, has called on APC leaders, stakeholders and supporters at all levels in Abia state who are entertaining fears about the fate of the party as a result of some unhealthy developments to remain calm and confident, assuring that the challenges confronting the party in the state would be resolved.

Speaking with journalists on the latest situation in the party in Abia, especially as activities leading to the 2023 election gather momentum, Otti told them that in spite of distractions from some quarters, key leaders and stakeholders of the party were intensifying efforts to ensure that peace and stability was restored, which according to him is the panacea for victory in the 2023 general election.

The ex bank Chief explained that since democracy is a game of number, no individual would be allowed to cause the destruction of the party through mischief and lawlessness, and predicted huge success for the party in the 2023 election in Abia once popular and credible candidates are fielded.

He promised to liaise with other Progressives and ensure that majority of those who may have left the party out of anger and frustration return back in due course, under a united, peaceful and progressive APC family.

Dr. Otti called on Abians who have not obtained their PVCs to go and do so as quick as possible so as to enable them vote for candidates of their choice at the appropriate time.
