He insisted that the era of recycled leadership, crumbs of development, and politics of godfatherism must give way to equity, justice, and people-driven governance.

According to him, the ongoing political awakening across the state shows that the "last chapter" of Abia politics has not yet been written. He encouraged both youths and elders to stand firm, hold on to truth, and refuse to be silenced by political intimidation.
Bourdex's message is already being interpreted as both a call to action and a direct challenge to the status quo. His emphasis on "clean hands, open hearts, and fearless leadership" reflects his belief that a new political order, built on accountability and service, is within reach.
"They doubted us, they mocked us, they fought us. But we endured, we built, we overcame. And we proved to them all-that a new Abia North is possible," he concluded.
