The Abia State Governorship tribunal sitting in Umuahia is set to deliver judgement on the petition EPT/GOV/AB/002/2019 filed by All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) 2019 gubernatorial candidate, Dr. Alex Otti OFR against the INEC declaration of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu as winner of the 2019 governorship election.

Based on the information made available to Abia Facts News, the tribunal is to billed to deliver judgement on Friday, 20th September 2019.
