The buildup to Abia Facts Newspaper 2019 Awards event which is billed to hold on the 20th of December 2019 at Confidence Hotel in Umuahia is gathering great momentum and expectation are very high.

After critical review by the award committee, Isiala Ngwa South LGA Transition Chairman, Comrade Ike Anyatonwu has emerged as AFN BEST LOCAL GOVERNMENT CHAIRMAN OF THE YEAR 2019.

This decision was reached based on his Human Capacity Development Projects, the transport scheme project, support for security, numerous other invention projects he has embarked on and other reviews.

At the unveiling event that held in Abia Facts Newspaper head office in Umuahia, the editor in chief Mazi Emenike Iroegbu congratulated Comrade Ike Anyatonwu and assured Abians that the media house is out to recognize people who have indeed imparted lives.
