BREAKING: Former Chief of Staff to the President joins His ancestors in Abuja

The Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari, Mallam Abba Kyari, has been committed to mother Earth at the Gudu Cemetery, Abuja.

The interment, which took place from about 11:20am, was followed up immediately with Islamic prayers, which was led by the Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Dr Isa Ali Pantami.
The burial was attended by senior public servants and associates of the deceased, including the Secretary to the Government of the Federation SGF, Mr Boss Mustapha.

Meanwhile, speaking at the graveside of the late Chief of Staff, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Mallam Garba Shehu, described Kyari as the Pillar of the Buhari administration.
