Information reaching Abia Facts News, has it that the 2nd Appeal by Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe was today dismissed by court of Appeal Owerri.

Another appeal filed by Senator Abaribe against the ruling of the tribunal was today dismissed by the Court of Appeal in Owerri, by this action all his appeals failed leaving the coast clear for the tribunal to treat the petition on the merit.
