BREAKING: Uzor Azubuike Dumps PDP, Moves To APC, Reveals Why

Rt.Hon. Azubuike who was a former deputy speaker of Abia state house of Assembly representing Aba Central constituency between 2003/ to 2011 has formally defected to the APC today 12 /07/ 21 with his supporters.

Recall that he chaired PDP congresses in several states and undertook several national assignments for the party.

Rt.Hon Uzor who is popularly called Ijijiri is a grass-root politician. He is a Two time member of Abia State House of Assembly where he represented Aba Central Constituency, Member of the House of Representative for Aba North/Aba South Federal Constituency in the 7th Assembly. Rt Hon Uzo Azubuike was the 7th Assembly House of Reps Chairman of Committee on Public Petitions, a 2015 Governorship Aspirant and until 2019 the commissioner for Agriculture during Governor Okezie Ikpeazu's first tenure.

In his words, I have come to officially intimate the party leadership that I have formally joined the progressive party. This is born out of my desire to help reposition Abia State for better National integration.

Our people deserve the best and that is why I have come to join hands with other progressives to help Abia state.

All the local government and ward executives of the party including the State legal Adviser who also represented the state Chairman Chief Donatus Nwankpa were on hand to welcome Rt.Hon Uzor Azubuike to APC.

Just last week, Abia APC also received Chief Chibuike Nwaokeukwu (SAN), Hon Lady Blessing Nwagba and Hon Nwaji.
