Information reaching AFN has it that High Chief Ikechi Emenike's Supreme Court appeal concerning the authentic governorship candidate for APC in Abia State has been resolved by the Supreme Court of Nigeria by the striking out of the appeal and upholding of the candidacy of Dr. Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah.
Based on that information, the governorship ticket battle in APC seems to have been resolve.
