The Prominent Son of Ahuwa Oboro in Ikwuano Local Government Area and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Kannontalks Properties Ltd Chief Collins C. Abraham (Ebubedike 1 of Ikwuano) has congratulated Abia State Governor-Elect Dr. Alex Chioma Otti OFR on his victory in the just concluded gubernatorial election in the state.
