The Abia North Senatorial zone Vice Chairman of the All Progressive Congress and former chairman of Isuikwuato Local Government Area ,Hon. Chief Chris Ajah has mourn the demise of the the former military administrator of old Imo state and Lagos State ,Rear Admiral Ndubuisi Godwin Kanu(Rtd).
Chief Ajah in his condolence message to the the family of the late military administrator and the people of old Imo comprising present day Abia ,IMO and some part of Ebonyi State describe the late Rear Admiral who passed on today at the age of 77 years as a national icon ,Nwanneukwu personified.
He described his death as a great loss to his family, the Igbo ethnic nationality and the Nigerian State.The APC chieftain prayed God to give the family he left behind the strength to bear this irreplaceable loss and he also pray for the soul of the late KANU to rest in perfect peace.
