Court Adjourns, Set New Date To Hear Obi's Petition Against Tinubu | READ DETAILS
The Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) has adjourned the pre-hearing of the petition filed before it by the Labour Party and its presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi against the President-elect, Bola Tinubu till Friday, May 19, 2023.

The court presided by Justice Haruna Tsammani, adjourned the matter, following the failure of parties in the petition to agree on documents among other reasons.

ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER had reported that before today's proceedings, a face off had ensued between the factional national chairman of the Labour Party, Lamidi Apapa and the Director General of Peter Obi's presidential council, Akin Osuntokun over seats meant for litigants.

Meanwhile, the National chairman of the party, Julius Abure and Peter Obi, were all in court today.
