Court Finally Sacks ADC National Chairman, Ralph Nwosu

The raging political battle within the national leadership of African Democratic Congress (ADC) seems to be taking shape as a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has finally sacked the National Chairman of the party Chief Ralph Okey Nwosu.

The court equally declared null and void any decision that must have been taken by Chief Ralph Okey Nwosu which includes the dissolving of some ADC state executive over this current leadership tussle.

Based on the information we gathered, the National Working Committee (NWC) was ordered to take over the reins of the party and pilot its affairs until the next national convention.

ADC for over 6 months has been faced with different internal leadership struggle, this tussle brought about the suspension of ADC presidential candidate by Chief Nwosu, dissolving some state executive council. While, some members of the party have insisted that the tenure of Nwosu has expired.

Based on the judgement of the federal court in Abuja, the court affirmed that the tenure of Chief Nwosu has expired.
