Court Fixes New Date For Nnamdi Kanu's Case | READ MORE
Instead of October 11, the appeal challenging the remaining seven count charges filed against Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) by the Federal Government, will now be heard on September 13, 2022.

Announcing the new date in a statement on Wednesday, Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor, Lead counsel to IPOB said;

Our Appeal No: CA/ABJ/CR/ 625/2022; BETWEEN NNAMDI KANU VS FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA, earlier scheduled for Hearing on the 11th Day of October, 2022, has been brought forward to the 13th day of September, 2022.
