BREAKING: Court Gives Judgement On Suit Challenging Tinubu's Age, Citizenship | READ DETAILS
The suit seeking for Bola Tinubu, the president-elect, not to be inaugurated on May 29, has been quashed by a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Friday.

Three persons; Praise Ilemona Isaiah, Pastor Paul Isaac Audu and Anongu Moses, had approached the court seeking an order stopping the inauguration of Tinubu on the grounds of falsification of age and dual citizenship.

Giving judgement on Friday, May 26, Justice James Omotosho held that the suit was frivolous and is an abuse of court process.

According to Justice Omotosho, the plaintiffs lacked the locus standi to file the suit, adding that the court could not exercise jurisdiction to hear it because it relates to a presidential election.
