COURT OF APPEAL AFFIRMS HON. GINGER ONWUSIBE'S MANDATE

The court of Appeal sitting in Owerri on Friday threw away
the petition filed by Mr. Solomon Enweremadu challenging the electoral victory
of Hon. Ginger Onwusibe of the PDP in the 2019 general election, the court in
its judgment declared Hon. Ginger Onuwsibe the winner of Isiala Ngwa North
state House of Assembly election.
Hon. Onwusibe polled a total 14,000 votes to defeat Mr.
Solomon Enweremadu of the PPN who came 3rd with a total of 2,000 votes in the
general election
