COVID-19: Abia Lawmaker donates relief materials to his constituents

Speaking while giving out the materials to the President Generals across the LGA, the member representing Arochukwu State Constituency in the Abia House of Assembly, Hon. Dr. Mike Ukoha urged the PGs to ensure that the materials are evenly shared to the people.

Hon. Dr. Ukoha stated that he decided to give out the materials, following the outcry of the people, especially the less privileged.

The Minority Whip reiterated his determination to ensure that the people of Arochukwu LGA join hands together to fight the disease.

He, however, call on other prominent people in the LGA to key into the programme, by supporting the vulnerable ones in this critical time.

In their vote of thanks while taking delivery of the materials, the President Generals of the five clans, thanked the lawmaker for having the interest of his people at heart.

They all promised to ensure that the materials will be evenly distributed to the people, and urged him never to relent in his service to the LGA.

Those who attended the event include The President General Abam Development Union, Dr. John Egbuta represented by his VP, Sir Idika Okorie, PG Nzuko Aro Worldwide, Mazi George Ezuma, represented by the VP, Mazi Jeremiah Okoronkwo, PG Ihechiowa, Chief Emeka Kalu Nmeri, PG Isu, Elder Felix Okoro and PG Ututu Development Union, Chief Charles Nwankwo, represented by Mrs. Stella Kalu.
Other stakeholders include Mazi Hon. Nkem Okoro, Mrs. Charity Achinivu, Hon. John Ikechukwu Okoro, Mazi Austin Ugwu and Mazi Bassey Amaramiro.
