COVID 19: Eleven test sample return negative in Abia State

Based on the information made available by Abia State Commissioner for Information, Chief John Okiyi Kalu, he revealed that 11 samples sent for COVID 19 testing have returned negative.

This samples are contacted to the recent Abia State COVID 19 index cases discovered few days ago.
In the same press release, the Abia State information boss cleared the air on the reason why the state government imposed a curfew on a subsisting lockdown.

He detailed that the reason is to help the health team trace all the contacts of the index cases and to reduce spread of the virus.
