As senseless killings persist in Benue State, renowned industrialist and public policy advocate, Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso (CDA), has raised a strong voice against what he describes as a shameful cycle of bloodshed that continues to plague communities in Nigeria's Middle Belt.

In a powerful statement released on Friday, Dr. Anyaso, who is widely known as Ofuji, condemned the consistent attacks on innocent citizens in Benue, stating that the silence and delay of relevant authorities in addressing the crisis is no longer acceptable.

"These are not just numbers or headlines - these are human lives, families, dreams, and futures being brutally cut short,ÔÇØ he lamented.

He expressed deep concern over the failure of the Federal Government and security agencies to decisively stem the tide of killings that have rendered many communities homeless and traumatized.

Anyaso called on the Nigerian government to immediately swing into action, not just by arresting the perpetrators, but by implementing permanent security structures to forestall future attacks.

"No community in Nigeria deserves to live in constant fear, and no government can afford to treat such tragedies with silence or delay,ÔÇØ he warned.

The philanthropist also extended his heartfelt condolences to the families and communities affected by the violence, praying for peace, healing, and justice for the victims.
