The directive follows a significant number of complaints from residents regarding excessive noise levels from religious institutions. At a stakeholders' meeting organized by the Enugu Capital Territory Development Authority (ECTDA), church and mosque leaders, alongside government officials, discussed the implementation of these new regulations.
