The Governor used the opportunity to woo the Chinese investors by urging them to utilize the opportunity provided by the Nigeria/China Partnership to invest in Abia State while assuring them of adequate security as well as a good business environment to enable them achieve their business target in the state. He congratulated Mr Qui on his new title and enjoined him to see Ntigha, Isiala Ngwa North and Abia state as his second home.

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo who is the Leader of Nigeria/China Business Council was represented by National Coordinator, Mr. Mathew Uwaekwe who is also an illustrious son of Isiala Ngwa North.

Former Deputy Governor of Abia State, Rt. Hon. Acho Nwakanma, Chief Okey Ahiwe, Hon. Rowland Nwakanma, Chief Chinwe Nwanganga, Hon. Demian Ozurumba and many other local govt Chairmen in the state, traditional rulers, business men and women were present during the ceremony.
