Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel, has claimed his team are "fourth favouritesÔÇØ to win the 2021/2022 Premier League season.

Tuchel has named Manchester City, Liverpool and Manchester United as those ahead of the Blues.

Chelsea began the new campaign with a 3-0 win over Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge.
Tuchel has won 20 of his 32 matches since he took over from Frank Lampard in January, leading the team to Champions League triumph in May and to fourth place in last season's Premier League.

But even with the arrival of Romelu Lukaku, the German insists they are not favourites to win the title.

"To be totally honest, I see us as the number four, that cannot be the favourite in the next year.

"They have to close the gap to three, two and one.

"This is the Premier League, a tough competition. It's on us, we are in this role and in the role of the hunters, we have to close the gap to Liverpool, Manchester City and Manchester United,ÔÇØ Tuchel said.
